By placing an order with Alora Fleur, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Order Policy

To place an order, we require your name, email address, payment details, and order details. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. Orders are subject to acceptance, and Alora Fleur reserves the right to reject any order at our discretion. In such cases, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

Order Changes

Changes to your order must be made at least 3 days before the delivery date. For peak periods, such as Valentine’s Day or Christmas, changes must be requested 10 days in advance.

 

Delivery Policy

We deliver within the Klang Valley area (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 3 days before the delivery date for a partial refund. Cancellations during peak periods require 10 days’ notice.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if the flowers are not delivered in acceptable condition. You must notify us within 2–3 hours of delivery with pictures of the defective product for a replacement or refund.

 

Flower Substitution Policy

If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.

 

Pricing

Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, and delivery charges are applied based on location.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Alora Fleur website, including images and text, is protected by copyright. You may not use or distribute any material without our written consent.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
